Visas are not required for United States, United Kingdom, members of the European Union, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and Pacific Islands Forum countries including Australia and New Zealand citizens.

All other visitors must obtain a visa before arriving.  Visas cost US$25 for a three months visa, US$50 for a business visa.
